Since the “ADOPT-A-CHART” program is no longer used, we need every member to do more chart up-dates.  We would like to see all coxswains submit a chart-up-date on every patrol.  You do not have to be on a patrol to do an update.

Please use forms 77-5 or ANSC-7054 for the update  and send them to:

And also remember to send a form ANSC-7030 to your “IS” officer so you can get credit for it.
