Over The Taft Rail – A Look Into The Past... Welcome to A Look Into The Past. We hope these photos will invoke a little nostalgia and bring back some fond memories. The Coast Guard Auxiliary has rich and glorious past and has served, with distinction, during times of war. In times of peace, it provides valuable support to the Coast Guard as well as serving the boating public.
