The Public Affairs web pages are intended to communicate with and disseminate information to Auxiliary members.

Public Affairs as used by the United States Coast Guard and the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary is a proactive effort to provide factual and truthful information about Coast Guard Activities and/or Auxiliary activities to the public using available print and electronic media to generate a generally favorable impression of the service to the public.

Thus, these pages will reflect the efforts of the Department of Public Affairs to promote the Auxiliary to the general public and the boating public in particular.

5NR PA Bulletins

NEW DISPLAY EXHIBIT

5NR will have 3 displays – one for Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. For all of Delaware send your request to John P. Bernath   DSO-PA  5NR – 35600 Joann Drive, Millsboro, DE 19966, for all of New Jersey Joseph A. Skutlin   ADSO-PA (E) – 353 Asbury Avenue, Ocean City, NJ 08226-4021 and for all of Pennsylvania Kevin C. Murphy  ADSO-PA  (W) – 105 Grandview Road, State College, PA 16801.

Displays will be first come, first serve basis. Request should be three weeks prior to the event. The expenses for shipping the display to and from will be by your District, Division or Flotilla. The cheapest way would be to pick up the display from your point of contact.

Anyone receiving the displays will be responsible for the pamphlets and literature for the display. With the display there will be two literature racks. One for pamphlets and one for letter size and coloring books etc…

Remember if District, Division or a Flotilla orders the display they will be responsible for it.
